Hi Trish, Before taking the steps listed below I want to make sure that the majority of your customers require the change. If they don't then it'll be easier for you make the necessary changes one by one. Otherwise, proceed with the following steps. To update customers' sales tax start from the Accounts Receivable menu, press 1 for Utilities, then press 6 for Update Default Values For All Customers. You'll be prompt as to whether or not you want to perform this function. After entering a Y you'll be brought to a screen where the second line is listed as Tax Rate. Enter the new rate(s) here and press ESC. All of your customers will now get updated with the new tax rate. Once the changes have been made you'll need to go back and edit any individual customers who don't require the change and reset them. Hope this helps!
